TapFlag
For pastors

Preach like
nothing's happening behind you.

Every sermon has a moment where the tech needs adjusting and you can't say it out loud. TapFlag is one tap — your team adjusts. The room never knows.

Mid-sermon. You want the lights warmer and five more minutes. You tap twice. The booth adjusts. You never broke eye contact with the front row.

That's TapFlag. One tap. Role-routed. Logged. Nobody in the room noticed a thing.

See what your team sees
when you tap.

You're on stage. One tap. In under a second, the right person sees exactly what you need — and acknowledges so you know it landed.

Questions pastors ask.

Everything you need to know before you pilot TapFlag on a live service.

How do I signal my team without anyone noticing?

You tap a button on your phone. A silent visual cue appears on the phones of the assigned roles. Under a second from tap to delivery. Nobody in the room sees or hears anything.

Does TapFlag work without WiFi?

Any phone with cell or WiFi data works. TapFlag only sends tiny cue messages — not audio, not video — so it holds up on a crowded Sunday network.

Will I have to stare at my phone during the sermon?

No. Cue cards are large tap targets — glance down, tap once, look back up. Most pastors keep the phone face-up on the pulpit. The tap takes less than a second.

What if my tech team is new to this?

They join with a six-letter code and see plain-English buttons. No training. Most teams are running inside the first rehearsal.

Set it up in five minutes.
